Gary Boyke
Gary resides in Fond du Lac, WI with his wife Rose. Together with their daughter and son they own and operate Vir-Clar Farms LLC. For 20 years the main focus at Vir-Clar was selling registered bulls and embryos throughout the world. In 1995, the Boyke’s increased their herd to 300 cows, and now they have grown to 1,450 cows and 2,400 acres of land. In 2004, the Boyke’s built a methane digester that produces electricity for 300 homes in the Fond du Lac area.
Gary has served on the Badgerland Financial board since 2006.
Gary currently serves on the audit committee of the board and served on the facilities committee that was very involved with the building of the new corporate office and PdS branch.

Mark Cade
Mark resides in Westby, WI with his wife Cheryl. They operate Cade’s Corner Holsteins. The farm consists of 115 head of registered Holsteins and 250 acres of alfalfa, corn and soybeans. Approximately 75 percent of their crops are used on the farm and the rest is marketed.
Mark has served on the Badgerland Financial board since 2006.
Mark is the current board vice chair and also serves on the governance committee.

Ken Congdon
Ken Congdon resides in Galesville, WI with his wife Debra. The Congdon's ag operation consists of 850 acres cash grain.
Ken was elected to the board in 2011 and is currently the vice chair of the governance committee.

Jim Cullen
Jim resides in Milton, WI where he currently farms 230 acres of corn and soybeans. Until 2001, Jim managed his own dairy operation.
Jim has been a Badgerland Financial director since 1996 and currently serves as the vice chair of the CEO compensation committee.

Dean Dorn
Dean resides in Janesville, WI with his wife Diane. Dean currently farms 200 acres, 60 cow unit.
Dean was elected to the board of directors May 2013.

Jerome Durst
Jerome resides in Richland Center, WI with his wife Sandy. Jerome farms with his daughter Angela, son Loren and son-in-law Jamie Larse. Durst-Larse Farms LLC is a 460 cow dairy raising all replacements and growing corn and alfalfa on 1,180 owned acres and 500 rented.
Jerome previously served 18 years on the Farm Credit board and was re-elected in 2009. Jerome currently serves on the CEO compensation committee and served on the facilities committee.

Tim Evert
Tim resides in North Freedom, WI with his wife Lisa. Tim is an owner/partner in United Dreams Dairy LLC. The dairy consists of 420 milking cows and 430 head of young stock. Evert Farms Inc. consists of 415 acres of owned and rented work land. It custom raises heifers and feed for United Dreams.
Tim was elected to the board in 2010 and currently serves as the chair of the CEO compensation committee.

Dave Kuhle
Dave Kuhle resides in Hazel Green, WI with his wife Lois. They retired from dairying after 34 years, and currently farm 1,100 acres and raise steers with their sons.
Dave was elected to the board in 2011 and currently serves on the audit committee.

John Manske
John is an outside director for Badgerland Financial. He is Director of Government Relations for Cooperative Network, a statewide trade association located in Madison, WI.
John has served on the board since 2002. John also serves on the governance committee.

Lori Meinholz
Lori resides in Middleton, WI with her husband Art. Their dairy farm is a partnership with two of Art’s brothers and two nephews. The partnership operates as Blue Star Dairy Farms, with farms in Middleton, DeForest and Arlington. Lori and Art operate the Middleton dairy, milking 500 cows and raising 150 young stock. All forages are raised in a joint effort between the farms. Lori is primarily in charge of the young calves, herd health and payroll.
Lori has served as a Badgerland Financial director since 1997. Lori currently serves on the audit committee.

Greg Pollesch
Greg resides in Oshkosh, WI with his wife Jo Ann. He is an outside director for Badgerland Financial. He brings 33 years of financial leadership in manufacturing entities, the last eight of which were agricultural based. Greg is the Chief Financial Officer for the Galloway Company of Neenah, WI.
Greg has served on the Badgerland Financial board since 2007. Greg currently serves as chair of the audit committee.

Jim Rickert
Jim resides in Eldorado, WI with his wife Kelly. Jim is an owner/operator of Rickert Brothers LLC. The operation consists of 925 Registered Holstein cows with 1700 acres owned and rented.
Jim was elected to the board in 2010. He currently serves as chair of the governance committee.

Max Weiss
Max resides in Alma, WI where he owns Diversified Farms LTD with his brother Steve. They raise corn, alfalfa and soybeans on 2,000 acres to feed livestock. They also custom farm another 8,000 acres for other farmers in the area. Max has been in the feed and seed business for over 27 years.
Max was re-elected to the board of directors May 2013. He previously served on the board of directors 2003-2006.

Mike Winker
Mike resides in Fredonia, WI with his wife Judi. Together they own and operate a 100 cow dairy and cash crop operation. Mike serves also on the Ozaukee County Dairy Promotion Committee.
Mike was elected to the Badgerland Financial board in 1997 and currently serves as board chair.
